  • Team Building: Actively involve yourself in the team selection by evaluating athletes’ potential, engaging in meticulous planning, and undertaking recruitment processes to build a cohesive and formidable team.
  • Game Strategy and Analysis: Formulate effective game strategies to navigate through highly competitive fixtures and conduct a thorough analysis of the team’s performance to identify areas for improvement and reinforce success strategies.


The ideal candidate for the Senior Women’s National Team Head Coach (Tackle) position will meet the following prerequisites:

  • Age: Must be a minimum of 25 years of age to apply.
  • Residency: Applicants should be Canadian permanent residents or citizens, with a valid Canadian passport required for participation in international events.
  • Conduct: A demonstrated commitment to adhering to Football Canada’s Code of Conduct.
  • Background Check: Must provide a clear, Valid Police Information Check.
  • Membership: Should be a registered member in good standing with Football Canada and its affiliated organizations.
