Ottawa suspends recreation programs

OTTAWA, June 3, 2022 – The City of Ottawa is celebrating National Health and Fitness Day on Saturday, June 4 by offering two-for-one pricing for one-day swimming and cardio/weight room passes. This is a great way for you and a family member or friend to work out and try out City of Ottawa facilities and programs.

Like to stay around home? That’s fine too. The City is also offering a free virtual Zumba class at 9:30 am on Saturday, June 4. Register at ottawa.ca/virtualprograms.

Explore and rediscover what the City of Ottawa has to offer for sports, fitness, hobbies, arts and crafts and special interest programs at our modern facilities across the city. There’s something for everyone, whether your young or young-at-heart. It’s a great way to keep yourself healthy and happy – physically, mentally and socially.
