Traffic impacts in Ottawa beginning Thursday, February 11

Ottawa residents are getting used to this by now, but the City of Ottawa has posted their weekly list of traffic impacts and road closures. The following projects will impact Ottawa traffic:

  • Highway 417 – The westbound on-ramp from northbound Pinecrest Road will close nightly for Stage 2 LRT work from 11 pm to 5 am starting Tuesday, February 16 ending the morning of Friday, February 26.
  • Highway 174 The following Highway 174 ramps will close for Stage 2 LRT roadwork:
    • The westbound off-ramp to Montreal Road is closed nightly from 10 pm to 5 am, ending the morning of Friday, February 12.
    • The westbound on-ramp from southbound Tenth Line Road will close nightly from 10 pm to 5 am starting Monday, February 15 and ending the morning of Thursday, February 18.
    • The westbound off-ramp to Champlain Street will close nightly from 10 pm to 5 am starting Monday, February 15 and ending the morning of Thursday, February 18.
    • The eastbound on-ramp from Place d’Orléans Drive will close nightly from 10 pm to 5 am starting Wednesday, February 17 and ending the morning of Friday, February 19. It will close again the evening of Friday, February 19 at 11 pm and reopen at 7 am on Saturday, February 20.
    • The eastbound off-ramp to Tenth Line Road will close nightly from 10 pm to 5 am starting Wednesday, February 17 and ending the morning of Friday, February 19. It will close again the evening of Friday, February 19 at 11 pm and reopen at 7 am on Saturday, February 20.
