Ottawa, Dec. 6 – The Mayor’s 20th Annual Christmas Celebration, scheduled for Dec, 3, will be postponed to Saturday, December 10, due to forecasted high winds. Environment Canada has issued a weather advisory for winds gusting up to 70 and 80 km/h – which can pose safety risks for all visitors and participants.
REMINDER: Due to the forecasted high winds, the Mayor's Annual Christmas Celebration originally scheduled for today, December 3 has been postponed until December 10.

Date: Saturday, December 10
Time: 2 to 5 pm
Location: Ottawa City Hall, 110 Laurier Avenue West
Admission: donation to the Ottawa Food Bank
