A Ottawa home owner Paul Koch woke up with a little surprise in his backyard pool this Friday morning.
Mr. Koch had a moose taking laps and enjoying the cool water in his south Ottawa swimming pool. The moose stayed several hours swimming around cooling off and standing up in the shallow end to take a break.
At around 10:30 a.m. the moose had enough and the moose climbed out of the pool, ran across the backyard and jumped over the fence, heading into the woods on Uplands drive.
If you see the moose on the loose please let him know that he did damage the pool liner.
