Hey Ottawa, Hamilton’s legendary craft brewer (and distiller), Collective Arts is returning once again with a pop-up store in Byward Market to fulfill all your craft beverage dreams and desires!
Pop in to shop their huge selection of craft brews including at least 7 different IPAs, porters, sours, pilsners, and many more varieties, in additions to their ready to drink cocktails, ciders, spirits, non-alc beers & cocktails, energy drinks, as well as their new Artwrks Still & Sparkling RO Waters.

These feature a dual microfiltration and reverse osmosis process. Collective Arts says “every sip of ARTWRKS is 99% pure with no fluoride or chlorine. Added electrolytes and a perfectly balanced pH make our Still & Sparkling RO Water refreshingly smooth and taste great.”
Botany Adaptogenic Elixir
You will also discover their Botany Adaptogenic Elixir functional beverages at the Byward pop-up store! Crafted from natural ingredients, Botany Elixirs are designed to help you balance, uplift, and unwind your body and mind. Choose from three different flavours:
Balance: Blueberry, Mango, Acai
Uplift: Peach, Ginger, Turmeric
Unwind: Lemon, Ginger, Chamomile
Collective’s friendly staff will give you the true Collective Arts experience from Sunday to Thursday 10 am to 6 pm and open later on Fridays and Saturdays until 9 !

Friday-Saturday: 10am-9pm
Please note: for the time being, we are only permitted to sell alcoholic bevs Friday-Sunday. However, non-alc bevs can be purchased anytime!
